- This data is only used during your session and is deleted once you close the mobile app.

- We use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe SDKs are integrated into our mobile app to securely collect and process your credit card information.

Email Address Policy

1. Allowed Characters in Email Addresses
To ensure security and consistency, Freshcart allows email addresses containing only the following characters in
the local part (before the @
symbol):

2. Prohibited Email Address Patterns
Freshcart does not allow email aliasing, and therefore the +
sign is prohibited in email addresses.
Additionally, the following patterns are not allowed:
- Email addresses with leading special characters (e.g.,
.user@example.com
). - Email address with trailing special characters (e.g.
user.@example.com
) - Consecutive special characters (e.g.,
user..name@example.com
). - Invalid domain formats (e.g.,
user@example
oruser@example.c
).
3. One Email Address Per Customer
- Each email address is associated with one unique Freshcart account. Using multiple email addresses to stack offers, create duplicate accounts, or circumvent Freshcart rules is strictly prohibited.
- Freshcart reserves the right to investigate and take action, including the removal of duplicate accounts, if such practices are detected.
4. Email Address Validation
Freshcart performs strict validation of email addresses during account registration to ensure compliance with the above rules. If an invalid email address is detected, registration will be denied until a valid email address is provided.
5. Privacy and Security
